Do I need an identity or wallet connection?
No. Arcane generates a private access key for an anonymous account. That key is the only login for your tickets, USDT balance, invoices, and withdrawals, so save it somewhere secure.
What if the counterparty does not deliver?
The order cannot settle until both transfers are confirmed. If a counterparty does not deliver, the desk can cancel the order and adjudicate any transfer already in motion.
Which assets are supported?
Choose a popular desk asset or add an ERC-20 token by contract address. If a live price is unavailable, enter a reference price for operator review.
When does the balance become available?
The proceeds post after both sides fund the order. They remain frozen until the service invoice is verified, then become available in full.
