1. The service

Arcane is an escrowed over-the-counter desk for selling cryptocurrency. You choose an asset and amount; the desk matches a buyer; you send the asset to a deposit address; the buyer sends the purchase amount in USDT to the website; the website holds that payment until both transfers are confirmed; then the proceeds are credited to your on-site balance. The service fee is due as a separate invoice. Cryptocurrency-only. No fiat. No cash.

2. Deal limits

Each transaction must be at least the current minimum (shown on the sell desk) and at most the current maximum — as of September 2026, $10,000 minimum and $80,000 maximum per deal. Requests outside these limits are declined by the desk.

3. Fees

Every completed deal carries a service fee for the anonymous exchange and related services (escrow handling, matching, verification). The fee is quoted on your invoice when your proceeds are credited, is payable in supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, LTC, and others as offered), and your balance remains frozen until the fee payment is verified. Unpaid fees do not accrue interest, but funds stay frozen until settlement.

4. Escrow — your obligations

  • Send the exact asset and amount shown for your deal to the deposit address shown on your screen. Send only the asset named in the deal, on the named chain.
  • Verify the deposit address character-by-character before sending. Transactions on-chain are irreversible; the desk cannot reverse a transfer to a wrong address.
  • The buyer's USDT is held in escrow by the website until both parties have completed their transfers. Do not arrange any side payments outside the desk — such arrangements void escrow protection.

5. Settlement, freezing, release

When both transfers are confirmed, your proceeds are credited to your balance and shown on your screen, and a fee invoice is issued. The credited amount is frozen until the fee invoice is marked paid by the desk. Once your payment is verified, the full credited amount becomes available to you. The desk may cancel a deal before settlement and will do so if a counterparty fails to deliver; in that case nothing is credited and any completed transfer instructions are handled by the operator.

6. Eligibility & compliance

You confirm that: (a) you own the coins you are selling or are authorized to sell them; (b) the funds involved are not proceeds of crime, fraud, theft, sanctions violations, terrorism, or other unlawful activity; (c) using the service is lawful in your jurisdiction; and (d) you are of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The desk may refuse, pause, or cancel any deal at its discretion, and may report activity where legally required.

7. Risks — please read carefully

  • Crypto is volatile. The price shown when you start a deal is an estimate; settlement is based on the deal terms agreed at matching.
  • Irreversible. Blockchain transfers cannot be undone. Wrong addresses, wrong chains, or insufficient amounts are permanent mistakes.
  • Service availability. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Do not use it as your only custody solution.
  • No financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use Arcane to launder money, evade sanctions, sell stolen assets, fund unlawful activity, exploit the escrow with spoofed transfers or forged confirmations, attack the service, or misuse it in any jurisdiction where it would be illegal. The desk cooperates with lawful process.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including market moves while a deal is in escrow, chain fees, third-party failures, or your own errors (wrong address, wrong chain, lost keys). The desk's total liability for any deal is limited to the service fee paid for that deal.

10. Changes & governing terms

Fee amounts, limits, and supported currencies may change; the version shown on your deal screen at the time of your deal governs that deal. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the service.

11. Contact

Issues, disputes, and requests go through the operator's official support channel, provided on the sell desk.
